Terms of Sale

1. Seller
These terms govern sales made through gloria3d.hr by Gloria Design. Full legal identity is available on the Imprint page.
2. Contract formation
Product descriptions on the site are an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. An order placed through the checkout constitutes an offer by you. The sales contract is formed when we confirm shipment of the order by email.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT at the applicable rate. Shipping costs are added at checkout. Payments are processed by the providers listed at checkout; we do not store payment-card data.
4. Delivery
Delivery times and shipping conditions are described in Shipping & Returns. Risk of loss passes to the consumer on delivery (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 20).
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive. See our Shipping & Returns page for the procedure and model withdrawal form.
6. Legal guarantee of conformity
Goods are covered by the two-year legal guarantee of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/771. This does not affect your other statutory rights.
7. Complaints
Complaints can be sent to info@gloria3d.hr. We reply within 15 days at the latest. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
8. Applicable law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Croatian law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which the consumer is habitually resident continue to apply. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Croatian courts, without prejudice to consumer rights under EU law.
