VAT & duties

  • All EU prices are shown inclusive of VAT at your local rate.
  • For UK, Switzerland and Norway, customs duties and import VAT may apply at delivery unless marked DDP at checkout.

Returns & complaints

You have 5 days from delivery to notify us of any problems with your order.

After this window we are unable to accept complaints or claims on the order.

What's considered normal

Our products are made using manufacturing processes that leave small, natural variations. The following are not considered defects:

  • Print lines — fine lines visible on printed surfaces are a normal result of the production process.
  • Small defects — minor cosmetic imperfections are normal and do not affect the use of the product.
  • Slight variations in color, finish, or texture between batches.

No long-term guarantee

Items do not come with a long-term warranty. The only period during which a complaint can be made is from receipt of your order until 5 days after delivery.

How to report a problem

  1. Contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos clearly showing the issue.
  2. We'll review your case and respond with the next steps within 2 business days.
  3. Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
