Shipping

We ship from Bjelovar, Croatia across the EU. All prices include VAT at the applicable rate. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days; a tracking link is emailed on dispatch.

Exact shipping is shown at checkout based on destination and weight. Destination-country VAT is applied automatically under EU OSS.

14-day right of withdrawal

Under Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), consumers in the EU have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

• Notify us within 14 days of delivery in writing (email is sufficient).
• Return the goods within 14 days of that notification, in original condition.
• The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
• We refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, using the original payment method.

Exceptions apply to made-to-order or personalised items (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16 (c)); these are indicated on the product page and are not eligible for withdrawal.

Warranty

Under Directive (EU) 2019/771, we cover goods that arrive damaged in transit or with a manufacturing defect. Report any such issue within 14 days of delivery and we'll repair, replace or refund.

Because each piece is 3D printed to order, faint layer lines and small surface variations are a normal feature of the manufacturing process and are not defects. On-screen colours may differ slightly from the physical product due to lighting, monitor calibration and material batch.

Damage or missing items

1. Inspect your order on arrival and, if possible, in the presence of the courier.
2. Contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours of delivery — with your order number and photos of the damage or issue.
3. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
